Ryan joined Buildertrend in 2021, bringing experience from a Fortune 300 company. Starting as an onboarding specialist, he quickly advanced to the Expansion Team, where he optimized workflows for established accounts. Since 2022, Ryan has been conducting onsite visits, helping builders create tailored standard operating procedures to streamline their operations. Outside of work, he enjoys skydiving and motorcycle racing.

Since 2021, Danny has worked at Buildertrend as an onboarding specialist, a member of the Expansion Team and as a customer success coach, helping hundreds of builders optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Since joining the Onsite Consulting team in 2023, Danny has visited many builders at their home offices, creating tailored standard operating procedures for them. Born and raised in Omaha, Danny spent his 20s in Denver working in automotive repair and enjoying skiing and golfing. Now back in Omaha, he’s newly married and spends his free time golfing, tending to his lawn and traveling with family.

Since joining Buildertrend in 2019 as a customer success manager, Kate Vazquez has been instrumental in training and consulting on best practices for builders. With experience as a strategy manager in the building industry, she brought her expertise in process streamlining and organizational structure to Buildertrend. Kate has also worked closely with builders to pilot, test and refine new services and products, ensuring they meet the needs of Buildertrend’s customers. Over the past few years, she’s collaborated across departments to integrate key Buildertrend initiatives, enriching the customer success team’s impact on builder success.
